English privy council to Sir Arthur Chichester and the rest of the privy council rejecting a raise of soldiers' per diem pay fro eight Irish pence to eight English pence, following the testimony of Sir Ralph Birchensha. Thomas Ashe to receive the voided pension of William Bourke. The expense of Dublin's Provost Marshall to no longer be paid by the Crown. Sent from Whitehall 14 November 1606, received by Sir Ralph Birchensha 28 December.
